the cleaning was not good. basic items were not refilled, and the room was not properly cleaned. i expected better for the price. the only offer was a 10% discount. this did not feel right.

The location was perfect. we could easily walk to most attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful at reception. They gave me a map and restaurant recommendations! breakfast had a great selection. Tasty food was available. robes and slippers were also in my room.
My room was in a separate building across the street. this building hosted the rooftop bar. the entrance to the building was open to everyone. There was no doorman. this felt unsafe at night.

The room i had was quite small. It didn't feel like what i expected for the price. This made getting to my room on the sixth floor very inconvenient. a 10% discount seemed like inadequate compensation for the trouble it caused.

the location was fantastic. i could easily walk to all the main attractions and great restaurants. breakfast offered many fresh choices. the room included robes, slippers, and an umbrella, so i felt very accommodated.
the room overlooked the street, and noise was noticeable even on the second floor. i heard cars and pedestrians at night. this affected my sleep a little.

the hotel provided leaflets and foldable maps upon arrival, a great help. all-day tea, coffee, and snacks like fruit were available near the breakfast room. wine bottles greeted us in the room.
